Welcome to the website for The Green Ribbon Gala (the 'Gala'), operated by G2 Impact ('G2 Impact', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. "These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through GreenRibbonGala.org (the 'Website').

 

By accessing or using the Website, purchasing tickets, making a donation, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Donation Disclosures Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Event Ticket Sales & Admission 

  • Ticket Purchase: All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the stated price.

  • Admission: A valid ticket is required for entry to The Green Ribbon Gala. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Gala premises for any reason, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, intoxication, or violation of any event rules or local laws, without refund.

  • Age Restrictions: Attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID may be required for entry.

  • Event Changes/Cancellations: In the unforeseen event of a postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of the Gala, G2 Impact will provide information regarding ticket validity for new dates or refund options as applicable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific terms regarding cancellations.

  • Seating/Attendance: While we strive to accommodate all requests, specific seating assignments (if applicable) are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your ticket grants admission, not necessarily a specific seat.

Donations

  • Nature of Donations: All donations made through the Website are voluntary contributions to G2 Impact, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, in support of the Beneficiary.

  • Non-Refundable: Unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., as per the Refund Policy for specific ticket scenarios), donations are non-refundable.

  • Tax Deductibility: Please refer to our separate Donation Disclosures Policy for detailed information regarding the tax deductibility of your contribution.
