"The Green Ribbon" Gala - Ticket Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing tickets to "The Green Ribbon" Gala in support of the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country Flood Relief Fund. Please review our refund policy carefully.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds for "The Green Ribbon" Gala tickets may be requested no later than five (5) days before the event date. All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@greenribbongala.org.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please send an email to info@greenribbongala.org with the subject line "Gala Ticket Refund Request" and include the following information in your email:

Reason for refund request (optional, but helpful for our records)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within [e.g., 7-10 business days] of the refund request being approved.
Non-Refundable Policy: Refund requests received less than five (5) days prior to the event date will not be honored. After this deadline, all ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable. In such cases, the full value of the ticket purchase will be considered a charitable contribution to G2 Impact (a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization) in support of the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country Flood Relief Fund, and you will receive appropriate acknowledgment for your charitable donation.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that "The Green Ribbon" Gala is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified, and full refunds will be issued automatically to the original method of payment, or you will be offered the option to convert your ticket purchase into a charitable donation.
